BONNIE WATSON, CPA, CNAP

FOUNDER & PRINCIPAL

Bonnie founded Alliere CPA in 2018 to do more than deliver accounting services — she wanted to make a difference for the people and organizations she serves. With over 20 years of accounting and tax experience, she partners with small- to mid-sized businesses, nonprofits, and individuals to provide outsourced accounting, controller and CFO services, and comprehensive tax planning and preparation. She also supports nonprofits with compliance returns and strategic financial guidance.

In 2025, Bonnie earned her Certified Nonprofit Accounting Professional (CNAP) designation, further strengthening her ability to serve mission-driven organizations. Known for her empathy, integrity, and collaborative approach, Bonnie builds lasting relationships that empower clients to reach their goals.

 

She serves as Treasurer for Community Shares of Wisconsin, which recognized her as a Backyard Hero in 2025 for her commitment to helping others in her community.

SARAH FLEMING, CNAP

Senior Accountant

Sarah joined Alliere CPA in 2022 as an intern and quickly became an essential member of the team. Her enthusiasm, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence help drive success for both our clients and the firm.

 

As a Certified Nonprofit Accounting Professional (CNAP) with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from St. Norbert College, Sarah supports small- to mid-sized businesses and nonprofits with financial reporting, general ledger management, and tax compliance. She also assists with accounts payable and receivable, financial statement preparation, and budgeting and forecasting.

 

Dedicated to continuous learning, Sarah is currently pursuing her CPA certification to further strengthen her expertise. Known for her professionalism and integrity, she brings both technical skill and genuine care to every client relationship.

Susan Goelz

Administrative Services Manager

Susan joined the Alliere team in 2024, bringing with her extensive experience in business operations and administrative management. Her strong organizational skills and attention to detail quickly made her an indispensable part of the firm.

 

As the hub of coordination and communication, Susan ensures that both clients and team members receive seamless support. She’s known for her professionalism, insight, and unwavering work ethic — qualities that elevate the firm’s service and strengthen client relationships.
